Inspections – Hillman Air has over 38 years of aircraft maintenance experience. We can provide your Annual, scheduled and unscheduled inspections to the standards of Transport Canada or those of your particular model of aircraft.

Maintenance Schedule Development. – Under the CARs The registered owner is totally responsible for meeting the standards of maintenance for their aircraft. This may vary from model to model. Hillman Air can assist you in developing a schedule of maintenance that meets your particular needs. This includes a custom checklist for your aircraft.

Maintenance Tracking Service – Hillman Air has developed a comprehensive computer based maintenance tracking system that will provide you with a written report for maintenance planning and budgeting.

Pre-purchase Inspections – When buying an aircraft it is of utmost importance to have it inspected to determine its airworthiness status and ensure there are no surprises after purchase that may add significantly to the cost of owning and flying. Hillman Air can provide comprehensive inspections on the candidate aircraft prior to your purchase that includes a full disclosure report that will assist you in making an informed decision.

Modifications – There are many valuable enhancing modifications and additions you may want to consider for your aircraft. Hillman Air can advise on compatibility and value of such mods to your particular aircraft model.

Sales – The staff at Hillman Air are often asked to find buyers for aircraft they wish to sell. We can advertise and represent aircraft for sale.

Informative Courses - Gary Hillman has developed courses that are informative, interactive and entertaining for the aircraft owner that will give the student a higher level of comfort in understanding his or her aircraft operation and continuing maintenance needs. Also, a special factory approved and certificated fabric covering course that is completely interactive/hands on. It will provide not only an understanding of fabric aircraft but safe steps to an airworthy fabric repairs or compete cover job.
